Search Terms
When you enter a name, location, or other details into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Vernon County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we may keep the information needed to read it and respond. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.

Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure or personalize ads across websites. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by a Vernon County government office and not as part of Missouri Sunshine Law records under Chapter 610.
